Guidelines for changing or cancelling carrier profiles and codes
Ensure your carrier information is accurate
Existing carriers are obligated to notify, without delay, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) of any changes to their profile information or cancellation of their carrier code, as per Section 32 of the Reporting of Imported Goods Regulations. A formal request must be submitted to the CBSA.
What we need to process your request
All requests must be complete and come from the current contact on file or an official who has legal signing authority in the company. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the rejection of your request(s).
Change of address or phone number
Non-bonded and bonded carriers may submit an email request. Include your carrier code and authorized signature.
